Abstract

Cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2)´Â ¿°Áõ½Ã Ư¡ÀûÀ¸·Î À¯¹ßµÇ´Â ´Ü¹éÁú·Î salicylate·Î ¾ïÁ¦µÊÀº ÁÖÁöÀÇ »ç½ÇÀÌ´Ù. ÇÏÁö¸¸ arachidonic pathway ¿Ü ´Ù¸¥ ½ÅÈ£Àü´Þ ±âÀü¿¡ °üÇÑ ¿¬±¸´Â È°¹ßÈ÷ ¾ð±ÞµÇ¾î ÀÖÁö¾Ê´Ù. º» ¿¬±¸¿¡¼­´Â °ñ Á¶Á÷ Áúȯµî ƯÁ¤ ÁúȯÀÇ ¸ðµ¨·Î MC3T3E1 Á¶°ñ¼¼Æ÷¿¡¼­ cytokineµîÀÇ Ã³¸®½Ã À¯¹ßµÇ´Â COX-2¸¦ ¼³Á¤ÇÏ¿´´Ù.
