Abstract
A 13-years-old girl had been suffered from nasal obstruction due to protruding mass
in the right nasal cavity. The mass and cervical lymphnodes were surgically removed.
Microscopic findings revealed embryonal alveolar rhabdomyosarcoma with lymphnode
metastasis. Characteristic tadpole cell, strap cell and polyheadral giant cells were
observed. Also cross striation and myofibril were confirmed by phosphotungustic acid
hematoxylin stain.
