Abstract
The association of the carcinoma and diffuse interstitial fibrosis of the lung hart been
recognized.
We experienced a case of diffuse interstitial fibrosis accompanied by peripheral
carcinoma in lung of a 58 year-old male.
Case report and brief literature review about its pathogenesis were done.
