Abstract
요 약
저자들은 위에서 소개한 Hoffmann, Neumannsi 및 정의 방법들에 의하여 검사실 성적으
로부터 일상 간 기능 검사 항목들의 정상 범위를 추정하고 나아가서는 이것을 평가하여 저
자의 검사실로서는 한국인 성인의 정상 범위를 다음과 같이 결정하고자 한다.
1) 혈청 총 단백량, 혈청 알부민량 및 혈청 글로불린양의 정상 범위는 자각 5.8∼8.0gm/dl,
3.3∼5.0gm/dl 및 2.0∼3.6dm/dl이다.
2) 혈청 AST와 ALT의 활성치들에 관한 정상 범위는 9∼30IU/L 및 9∼34IU/L이다.
9) 혈청 알칼리성 phosphatase활성치 (ALP)의 정상 범위는 30∼90IU/L 이다.
4) 혈청 유산 탈출소 효소 활성치 (LD)의 정상 범위는 95∼200IU/L 이다.
5) 혈청 γ-glutamyl transpeptidase(GGT)의 정상 범위는 10∼43 IU/L 이다.

It wag desirable for each clinical laboratory to have its own normal ranges, though it
may be cumbersome and cost bearing. Patients' laboratory data of each test had
recently teen attempted by statistical analysis in an effort to obtain indirect estimates of
the normal ranges. For this purposes the authors have tried to estimate normal values
in our laboratory from routine clinical laboratory test items, using three statistical
methods proposed by Hoffmann, Neumann and Chung. The laboratory studies were
carried out by Abbott. VP biochemical analyzer at clinical laboratory, Pusan National
University Hospital from January, 1983 to August, 1983.
The normal ranges estimates by the authors are as follows :
1) Normal ranges of serum total protein, albumin and globulin are 5.8∼8.0, 3.3∼5.0
and 2.0∼3.6 gm/dl, respectively.
2) Normal ranges of serum aspartate aminotansferase(AST) and alanine
aminotransferase(ALT) are 9∼30 and 9-34 IU/L.
3) Normal range of serum alkaline phosphotase(ALP) is 30∼90 IU/L.
4) Normal range of serum lactate dehrdrogenase(LD) is 95∼200 IU/L.
5) Normal range of serum gamma-glutamyl transpeptidase(GGT) is 10∼43 IU/L.
