Abstract
병리진단의 코딩과 외과 병리진단지를 포함한 문서의 보관은 성가시고 힘이 드는 일이다. 그러나 비교적 값싼 마이크로 컴퓨터를 이용한 알맞은 프로그램의 개발로서 보다 쉽고 능률적으로 병리진단을 저장하고 회수할 수 있다.
저자들은 지금가지 사용하고 있는 APPLE ⅡR 컴퓨터를 이용하여 병리진단을 쉽고 간편하게 저장과 회술할 수 있는 방법을 보고하는 바이다. 사용하는 APPLE ⅡR 컴퓨터 시스템은 본체, 키보드, 비디오모니터, 플로피디스크 드라이브 2대와 엡손 FX-80+ 프린터로 구성되어 있다. 그러나 용량이 아주 많을 경우에는 10∼20 megabyte의 Hard Disk를 사용하는 것이 편리하다.
The coding and filing of pathologic diagnoses have been heavy tasks; however with the availability of inexpensive microcomputer, a system may be developed that permits storage and retrieval to be performed efficiently.
With Apple ⅡR computer system and SNOP coding, a simple program using dBASE-Ⅱ and QUICKCODE computer program can be created to include the following informations: accession number, chart number, sex and age of patients and 2 diagnosis codes. Once SNOP coding is carried out by medical staff, a secretary or clerk can enter the informations into the microcomputer. Data may be searched on any combination of the above parameters.
