Abstract
신장의 다실 낭성 질환중에는 낭종벽에서 신아 세포종의 구성 성분이 나타나는 다실 낭성
신세포종이 있으며, 최근에는 신세포 암종의 투명 세포가 나타나는 다실 낭성 신세포암종이
보고되어 있어, 감별진단 및 예후등에 관해서 아는 것이 중요하다.
저자들은 61세 남자의 우측 신장에 생긴 전형적인 다실 낭성 신세포암종 1예를 경험하였기
에 문헌 고찰과 함쩨 보고하는 바이다.

Multilocular cystic renal cell carcinoma appears to be a distinct and rare subtype of
renal cell carcinoma with characteristic gross and microscopic features. Multilocular
cystic renal cell carcinoma should be separated from multilocular cyst, multilocular cystic
nephroma, and renal cell carcinoma with cystic degeneration.
We present a case of multilocular cystic renal cell carcinoma.461-year-old man
presented with right flank pain for 4 years. The computerized tomography revealed
multilocular cystic mass in the upper pole of right kidney. The removed kidney revealed
a cystic mass in the upper pole of right kidney. The cystic mass measured 4.5×4 ㎝.
The cyst was multilocular and locales not communicated with each other. The solid area
was not present. Microscopically, the locales were lined by flat or cuboidal neoplastic
clear cells. The clear cells were focally aggregated in the septa. The nephron was not
present in the septa.
