Abstract
모낭선종(trichoadenoma)은 매우 드문 종양으로 1958년 Nikolowski에 의해 처음으로 1예
가 기술되었고, 1977년 Bahbari등이 8예를, 그리고 1984년 Undeutsch등이 10번째 예를 보고
하였으나, 그 이외에는 국내외 문헌 보고를 찾을 수 없다. 모낭선종은 조직학적 소견이 모낭
상피종(trichoepithelioma)과 매우 유사하기 때문에 미성숙 모낭 구조에서 유래한 종양으로
간주되며 케라토하이아린과립(keratohyalin granule)의 형성과 함께 각질화가 관찰될 때도
있으므로 모낭 누두부(infundibulum)로 분화하는 종양으로 생각하는 학자들도 있다. 저자들
은 최근 29세 남자의 둔부에 발생한 모낭선종 1예를 경험하였기에 조직학적 소견 및 발생기
전에 대한 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하고자 한다.

The clinical and Pathological features of trichoadenoma are presented. Trichoadenoma
is very rare, and as far as we know, no report on the trichoadenoma has been published
in korean literature.
We experienced a case of trichoadenoma occured in a 29 year-old male, who had a
0.9×0.7×0.4 ㎝ sized and slowly Slowing mass in the right buttock.
The histopathological findings and histogenesis of trichoadenoma were discussed and a
brief review of the literature was made. (Korean J Patrol 1993: 27: 76∼77)
