Abstract
소낭성 피부 부속기암종(Microcystic adnexal carcinoma)은 최근에 알려진 에크린 한선암
의 한 부류로 1982년 Goldstein 등에 의해서 처음 기술 되었다. 호발부는 상순이며, 턱, 비순
추벽, 뺨에도 보고되었다. 조직학적으로 양성의 소견을 나타내나 근조직과 신경외초의 침윤
을 보이며 국소적 재발이 진행되므로 광범위 절제술이 요구된다 저자들은 최근 50세 남자의
상순에 발생한 소낭성 피부 부속기암종을 경험하였기에 면역 조직화학적 소견과 함께 보고
한다.

Microcystic adnexal carcinoma is an unusual, locally aggressive neoplasm that has
recently been recognized as a clinicopathologic entity Its histologic appearance includes
both Pilar and eccrine differentiation. Microscopically the tumor consisted of small cysts
and gland-like structures in superficial portion. In other area, basaloid cell nests and
abortive hair follicles in the sclerotic stroma were seen. The cysts were filled with
secretory eosinophilic material, which was positively stained with Periodic acid-Schiff
and carcinoembryonic antigen. Immuno-peroxidase staining for carcinoembryonic antigen
supported the dual differnetiation of this neoplasm. Despite the benign histologic
appearance, there was deep and extensive infiltration of the subcutaneous tissue.(Korean
