Abstract
자궁에 발생하는 지방성 종양은 드물며 이들 종양의 기원 및 명칭에 대하여 확실히 알려
진바는 없다. 순수한 지방종과 평활근종의 소견이 혼재하는 지방평활 근종(lipoleiomyoma)으
로 대별할 수 있으며 폐경기 여성의 자궁 체부에서 호발한다. 최근 저자들은 전형적인 육안
소견을 보였던 지방평활근종 1예를 경험하고 면역조직학적 소견에 의거하며 종양 기원에 대
한 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

A rare case of uterine lipoleiomyoma is reported with Presentation of computed
tomography, histomorphologic and immunohistochemical findings. This tumor is
Predominantly lipomatous with an admixture of smooth muscle fiber and hyalinized
fibrous tissue. Immunohistochemical study revealed a postive reaction of S-100 protein
in fat cells and desmin in smooth muscle fibers. Its histogenesis also has been
