Abstract
융기성 피부섬유육종은 중등도의 악성도를 보이는 섬유조직구성 종양으로 드물게 육종과
유사한 부위를 종양의 일부에서 관찰할 수 있고, 이는 재발성 병변에서 주로 관찰된다. 특히
융기성 피부섬유육종에서 악성 섬유조직구종으로 진행되는 것은 극히 드물어 현재까지 영문
문헌상 단지 3예의 증례만이 보고되어 있다. 저자들은 최근 융기성 피부섬유육종으로 진단
받고 10년후 같은 부위에 재발한 종양은 악성 섬유조직구종으로 진행된 1예를 경험하여 그
희귀성에 비추어 보고함과 동시에 CD34에 대한 면역조직화학 검사를 통하여 그 조직기원에
대한 문헌고찰과 함께 증례를 보고하고자 한다.

A 52-year-old woman was admitted with a palpable mass on the abdominal wall.
This tumor had developed at the same site of a previously resected dermatofibrosarcoma
protuberans. The biopsy specimen from the recurrent tumor revealed malignant fibrous
histiocytoma. Immunohistochemistry with anti-CD34 antibody revealed diffuse linear
positivity on the tumor cells of dermatofibrosarcoma protuberans and negativity on
malignant fibrous histiocytoma. Anti CD34 antibody was valuable for a differential
diagnosis of these two lesions.
