Abstract


A 26-year-old-male with a foreign body stone of the bladder caused by gold thread acupuncture, which was inserted 10 years ago for the treatment of lumbago and migrated spontaneously from the right renal area to the bladder through upper urinary tract, was presented. He was managed by extraction of foreign body stone with foreign body forceps and endoscopic manipulation.
Authors report this unusual case with review of some literatures.
