Abstract

Intrarenal scarring with stricture formation that causes interruption of communication to entire caliceal system is not uncommon in late case of tuberculosis.
In three situations, the only logical solution is to anastomose all of the calices to ileal ureter through anatrophic nephrotomy.

We experienced a case of bilateral pan-caliceal ileoneocystostomy in 23 year old female patient who had intrarenal scarring with severe stricture formation.
