Abstract

Renal cell carcinoma constitutes approximately 2% of all new malignancies and accounts for majority of all primary renal malignant tumors. Because of its bizarre clinical and biologic behaviors, renal cell carcinoma is one of the most interesting malignant tumors. Many paraneoplastic syndromes associated with renal cell carcinoma are known to return to normal following removal of primary lesion.
We report a case of renal cell carcinoma with hyperglycemia corrected after radical nephrectomy.
