Abstract

The term "Milk of calcium" has been borrowed from a somewhat similar condition encountered in the gallbladder. The coexistence of stone in a caliceal diverticulum is well known but milk-of-calcium is unusual in this structure.
Recently we experienced a case of milk-of-calcium in a pyelocaliceal diverticulum in a 44 year old man, so we report this case with a brief review of the literature.
