Abstract
Liposarcoma of the spermatic cord is a rare tumor. Most are of a low-grade malignacy and recurrences tend to localized. Preoperative diagnosis is difficult. Wide local excision with radical orchiectomy appears to be adequate treatment. A regional
lymph
node dissection is usually not advocated since the pattern of spread is hematogenous. We report a case of liposarcoma of the spermatic cord in 49-year-old male with brief review of the literatures.
