Abstract


Rectal probe electroejaculation was attempted in 22 anejaculatory men and sperm were obtained in 86.4%. The semen qualities were relatively poor. Only 11 patients (50.0%) showed total sperm count more than 10¡¿10E6 and total motile sperm count
1¡¿10E6.
There were blood pressure elevations with headache or sweating in 7 patients during electrostimulation Among these, 6 patients had lesions above T5 but one had a lower spinal lesion (L1). The other side effects were minimal.
