Abstract
Spontaneous rupture of the kidney with subcapsular or perinephric hemorrhage usually occurs secondary to various kinds of underlying diseases such as benign or malignant tumor, vascular disease and infection etc. We experienced 2 cases of
spontaneous
rupture of the kidney secondary to renal cell carcinoma in a 44-year-old female and adult Wilms¢¥ tumor in a 17-year-old male.
