Although involvement of the testis by generalized lymphoma is usual, especially in the terminal stage of the disease, testicular involvement as a initial manifestation of malignant lymphoma is uncommon, approximately 5% of testicular tumor. we
report a
case of malignant lymphoma with first manifestation in the testis. clinical stage II b, which was treated with radical orchiectomy, systemic chemotherapy and radiation therapy. This case was followed up by C-T.
