Abstract
Adenocarcinormas comprise more than 95% of all prostatic malignancies andd osseous metastases constitute the commonest form of hematogenous metast5ases. It is rare for a patient with a carcinoma of prostate to present with a huge abdominal mass.
A
few
cases have been reported that sarcoma of prostate extended into the rectum or pelvic cavity, but prostatic adenocarcinoma has small volume than sarcoma and its invasion into the rectum is reported rarely. We report a case of 69-year-old man thw
had
a
huge preostatic adenocarcinoma, invaded into the lower abdominal caity.
