Abstract
서론
신원성 선종은 염증, 외상, 수술, 결석, 방광내 약물 주입 및 방사선 치료 등 방광 자극유
발의 기왕력이 있는 사람에서 주로 발생하는 양성의 이형성 병변으로, 증상과 이학적 검사
및 방사선학적 검사에서 특별한 소견이 없어 수술전 진단이 어려운 편이고, 최종 진단은 수
술 후 조직병리검사로 진단된다. 저자들은 38세 남자의 방광에서 발생한 신원성 선종 1례를
치험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.
Nephrogenic adenoma is an uncommon metaplastic lesion of the lower urinary tract
that usually is associated with antecedent inflammation or surgical procedure. The tumor
is structural resemblance to renal tubule, low proliferating potential, and shows no
malignant transformation, but recurrent rate of this tumor is high. For this reason,
periodic follow-up endoscopy is recommended. We report a case of nephrogenic adenoma
in 38 years old man with review of the literature.
