Abstract
성인형 다낭종신은 보통 40세 이후에 증상이 나타나며, 동반되는 암종으로는 신세포암이
보고되고 있으며, 이행상피 세포암의 발생은 보고된 예가 없는 것으로 알려져 있다.
저자들은 최근 우측상복부 종물을 주소로 내원한 46세 남자 환자에서 복부 초음파 촬영상
양측신에서 다낭종신이 발견되었고, 방광경 검사상 우측 요관구에서 종물이 발견되어 조직
검사상 이행상피세포암으로 판명되었고, 이 종물의 폐색효과로 인한 우측 불현신으로 판단
하여, 우측 신요관전적출술 및 요관구를 포함한 방광부분 절제술을 시행 하였다. 조직 병리
검사상 다낭종신과 동반된 신우, 요관의 이행상피세포암으로 판명되어 보고하는 바이다.

Some cases of renal malignancy associated with adult (autosomal dominant) polycystic
kidney disease have been reported. Most of these malignancies were diagnosed as renal
cell carcinoma. But the case of transitional cell carcinoma has not been reported. We
report a case of renal pelvic and urethral transitional cell carcinoma associated with
adult polycystic kidney.
