Abstract
서론
요막관은 방광전벽에서부터 복막과 복횡근막사이의 Retzius강을 지나 제부에 이르는 구조
물로 발생시 총배설강과 연결되어 있는 요낭의 복강내 부분이 점차 좁아진 상태를 말하며
정상적으로 제태 4∼5개월경에 방광이 골반강내로 하강하면서 점차 좁아져 방광 상부와 제
부사이에 섬유성인대로 남아 있게 되는데, 요막관 기형은 이러한 폐쇄가 불완전할 때 발생
하며, 개방된 부위에 따라 개방성 요막관, 요막관 낭종, 요막관동 및 요막관 게실로 분류된
다. 저자들은 개방성 요막관과 요막관 낭종, 그리고 요막관동을 각각 1례씩 치험하였기에 문
헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

The Urachus lies between the peritoneum and transversalis fascia and extends from
the anterior dome of the bladder toward the umbilicus. During the 4th and 5th months
of gestation, the urachus narrows to a small-calibered epitherial tube. During fetal
development, as the bladder descends into the pelvis, its apical portion narrows
progressively into a fibromuscular strand of urachus. Recently, we reviewed three cases
of urachal anomalies with literatures.
