Abstract
발기된 음경에 둔한 외력이 가해져 음경해면체 백막이 단열되는 음경골절 환자의 10-13%
에서 요도손상이 동반되며, 드물게 음경발기부전이 동반된다. 저자들이 찾아 본 문헌상 음경
골절환자에서 수상시 동반된 요도음경해면체 누공에 의해 동반된 발기부전의 예는 구미에서
는 약 2례가 보고되고 있으나, 국내에서는 아직 보고된 바가 없었다.
저 자들은 성교중 발생한 준임상적 음경 골절로 내원한 성인 남성에서 합병된 발기부전이
수상시 동반된 요도음경해면체누공에 의한 것으로 진단된 2례를 보고한다
#초록#
Penile fracture associated with urethra or corpus spongiosum Injury is rare. We report
two cases of impotences due to urethrocavernous fistula following blunt penile trauma
during sexual intercourse. In each case the fistulous tracts were well outlined by
cavernosography or retrograde urethrography. Erectile function was completely recovered
by conservative treatment including urethral catheterization, intracavernous injection of
vasoactive agents and oral medication of fibrolytic agent in one and surgical intervention
with resection of the fistulous tract and Dartos fascia interposition in the other.
