Abstract
서론
혈관종은 피부에 흔히 발생하는 양성 종양이지만 비뇨기계 특히 음경에 발생하는 경우는
매우 드물다. 혈관종의 원인은 아직 정확히 밝혀지지 않았으며 대부분 자연 소멸되기 때문
에 대증적 요법으로 치료가 가능하지만 증상이 계속되거나 외관상 필요에 의해 외과적 절제
를 요하기도 한다a최근 저자들은 36세 환자에서 음경 배부에 발생한 해면상혈관종 1례를 경
험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고한다.

Hemangiomas of the genitalia are extremely rare. A hemangioma is self-limited and
usually resolves spontaneously, therefore conservative treatment is generally
recommended. However, genital hemangiomas may require surgical treatment for either
functional or cosmetic problems. Herein we report a case of cavernous hemangioma of
the dorsum of the penis In 36 year old man which was treated with surgical excision.
