Abstract
유아섬유성과오종은 2세이하의 남아에서 드물게 생기는 양성 종양으로서 주로 견갑부, 상
완부, 액와부에 발생한다. 종물은 대개 피하지방층에 위치하며 조직 소견이 특이하여 병리학
적진단은 비교적 용이하고 드물게 재발도 되지만 대부분 국소절제 만으로 완치가 가능한 것
으로 알려져 있다. 특히 비뇨생식기부위에 생긴 유아섬유성과오종은 매우 드물며 국내에서
는 2례가 보고되었다.
저자들은 16개월 남아에서 우측 치골부에 생긴 유아섬유성과오종 1례를 경험하였기에 이
의 특징적인 초음 파소견을 문헌고찰과 함께 보고한다.

Fibrous hamartoma of infancy in the genital region is a rare benign fibroproliferative
disease typically arising from subcutaneous tissue, particulary in males during the first
two years of life. It has a typical histopathologic findings which consists of mature fat
cell, immature mesenchymal cell and fibrocollagenous band. It is benign in nature which
mostly is cured by local excision and rarely recur.
We report a case of fibrous hamartoma of infancy in the prepubic area with its
sonographic finding and review of the literature.
