Abstract
서론
고환주위종양은 고환의 백막과 초막 부고환 및 정삭 등에서 발생하며 30%가 악성인 것으
로 알려져 있고 이 중 음낭내 섬유성가성종양은 매우 드물게 고환의 초막에서 호발하는 양
성질환이며, 나이에 관계없이 발생하나 20-30대에 주로 발생하는 것으로 알려져 있다. 임상
적으로 음낭동통 등의 관련증상은 나타나지 않는 것이 보통이며 음낭수종이나 혈종을 동반
하기도 한다. 최근 본 교실에서는 우측 음낭내 무통성 종물을 주소로 내원한 6세 남자 환아
에서 고환백막에서 발생한 섬유성가성종양 1례를 치험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고한다.

The fibrous pseudotumor arising from testicular albuginea in child is very rare benign
tumor We experienced a case of this tumor in 6 year old boy who present with painless
and nontender scrotal mass, which was movable on palpation. It was a hyperechoic
lesion with calcification and had unclear relationship with testis in ultrasonography.
Orchiectomy was performed after clamping of spermatic cord due to possibility of
malignancy. The excised mass was 2.2 l.5㎝ sized, ovoid, white-yellowish, had a short
stalk arising from testicular albuginea and showed whorled pattern in cut section.
Microscopically, abundant collagenous fiber, proliferative fibroblast and calcification were
noted.
