Abstract
외상에 의한 하부요로손상중 가장 많은 부위는 요도이지만 여성의 경우 해부학적 구조상
요도손상은 매우 드물기 때문에 진단이 지연되는 경우가 많으며 적절한 치료를 하지 않을
경우 요도협착, 누공, 요실금 등과 같은 심각한 후유증을 남기기도 한다. 현재까지 보고된
대부분의 여아 요도손상은 골반골골절에 의해 발생하는 것으로 알려져 있으며 요도와 질의
인접성으로 인해 질열상이 동반되는 경우가 많은 것으로 보고되어 있다. 그러나 저자들은
골반골골절을 동반하지 않은 여아의 근위부 요도완전파열 2례를 치험하였기에 이에 대한 임
상관찰과 문헌고찰을 통해 보고한다.
Urethral injury secondary to blunt trauma in the boys is fairly common occurrence, its
diagnosis and management are well documented. Due to the low incidence of urethral
injury in girls, there is no settled method of diagnosis and management.
In this report, the clinical course of 2 young female patients with complete traumatic
rupture of the uretha was evaluated in an effort to propose guide lines for the
investigation and initial management of this unusual injury.
