Abstract
여성 요도의 원발성 악성종양은 드물며, 편평세포암이나 이행세포암이 대부분을 차지한다.
더욱이 여성 요도의 선암은 매우 드물며, 이는 여성에서 발생하는 모든 원발성 요도종양의
10%를 차지하며, 국내에서는 최등이 여성 외요도구에 발생한 선암 1례를 보고한 바 있다.
여성 요도의 선암중에서도 원발성 투명세포선암은 극히 드문 종양이지만 조직학적으로 확실
히 구분되는 종양의 일종이다.
저자들은 여성 요도에 발생한 원발성 투명세포선암 2례를 치험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께
보고한다.
Primary carcinoma of the urethra in women is extremely rare and most are reported
to be either squamous or transitional carcinomas. Adenocarcinoma of the female urethra
represents approximately 10% of primary urethral neoplasms and clear cell variant is a
rare but histologically distinct tumor.
We report two cases of clear cell adenocarcinoma of the female urethra.
