Abstract
다낭신은 태생기에 신 집합관의 결합기전 이상에 의해 발생하는 질환으로 흔히 타장기의
병태와 동반된다. 성인형 다낭신에서 요석의 발생 비율은 약 11-20%로 보고되고 있으며 신
자연 파열의 예는 극히 드물고 국내에 보고된 신 자연 파열의 원인도 대부분이 종양이고 그
외에 혈관근지방종. 수신증 신내동맥류, 원인 불명 등이다.
본 교실에서는 요관석과 함께 발견된 성인형 다낭신의 자연 파열 1례을 경험하였기에 문
헌 고찰과 함께 보고한다.
Spontaneous rupture of the kidney is a relatively uncommon disease. It occurs
secondary to various kinds of underlying disease such as infection, hydronephrosis,
calculous disease, benign or malignant tumor, renal artery aneurysm and arteriosclerosis.
Recently we experienced a case of spontaneous rupture of the adult polycystic kidney
with ureteral calculi in 45 years old male.
