Abstract
요로계의 선천성 기형은 흔히 생식계의 기형을 동반한다. 그 중 일측성 신무형성증과 동
반된 정낭 낭종은 매우 드문 기형으로 지금까지 약 50여례가 보고되었다. 최근 저자들은 일
측성 신무형성증, 이소성 요관과 동반된 정낭 낭종을 경험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고한
다.
Seminal vesicle cysts combined with ipsilateral renal agenesis represent a rare urologic
anomaly. This urogenital malformation is explained as a developmental failure in the
same mesodermal region.
We report a case of seminal vesicle cyst, ipsilateral dilated ureter and renal agenesis
which was treated by surgical excision. And we searched the literature to review the
clinical presentation, diagnosis and treatment options of this anomaly.
