Abstract
일측 신장 무형성 및 자궁강 폐쇄를 동반한 중복자궁기형은 뮬러관 기형의 두문 형태이다. 이 기형은 젊은 연령층에서 시간이 지남에 따라 심해지는 생리통, 복통 및 골반 종괴 등과 동반되며, 조기에 정확한 진단과 적절한 치료를 시행하면 증상을 완화시키고 불필요한 수술을 피할 수 있다.
저잗르은 경희의료원 산부인과에서 이전에 보고된 바 없는 일측 자궁경부 폐쇄 및 동측 신장 무형성을 동반한 중복자궁 1례를 경험하였기에 보고하는 바이다.
Double uterus with unilateral hematometra and ipsilateral renal agenesis is a rare Mullerian duct malformation. This complex of anomalies is seen in adolescents and young women with progressive dysmenorrhea, abdominal. pain, menstrual irregularities and a pelvic mass. Appropriate preoperative diagnosis and treatment will prevent unnecessary procedure and offer relief of symptoms.
We report one case of bicomuated uterus with unilateral cervical atresia and homolateral renal agenesis with a brief review of concerned literatures.
