Abstract

We report two cases of reruptured anterior communicating artery aneurysm during cerebral angiography in one aged 80 years and the other aged 59 years. Both patients had emergency angiography on Day 0, within 5 hours of the latest rupture. The
prognosis
was very poor. We stressed the importance of the time interval between the latest rupture and angiography.
