Abstract
서 론
von Hippel-Lindau 병은 소뇌. 연수 및 척수 등의 중추 신경계 혈관모세포종 망막 혈관
종, 신장의 낭종이나 신장세포암종, 췌장 낭종, 갈색세포종(pheochromocytoma) 및 부고환의
선종 등 14개의 장기에 약 40종의 서로 다른 양성 및 악성종양을 일으키는 유전성, 가족성
질환이다. 1993년 Latif등에 의해 이 질환의 유전자가 발견되었으며, 이후 계속된 연구에 의
해 VHL 유전자가 암억제유전자로 작용하고 있음이 알려졌다. 또한 이의 결손이나 재배열이
von Hippel-Lindau씨 병의 가족내로의 전이 및 종양발생에 관여하는 것으로 판명되었다.
저자들은 최근 본 교실에서 von Hippel-Lindau씨 병의 임상양상을 보이며 조직학적으로
소뇌혈관모세포종으로 확진된 3예를 한 가계에서 치험하였으며 이중 어머니의 경우 신장낭
종이 동반되었음을 확인하여 국내외문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

Hemangioblastoma is one of the benign tumors in the central nervous system. It is
often associated with von Hippel-Lindau disease(VHL disease), a well known autosomal
dominant heredity tumor syndrome. We have experienced three cases of
hemangioblastoma associated with von Hippel-Lindau disease in a same family,
mother(case 1, 58 years old), son(case 2, 19 years old, dead) and daughter(case 3, 17
years old). All of them had cerebellar hemangioblastoma. Renal cyst was associated in
the case of mother, but not in the son or daughter. Hemangioblastoma associated with
von Hippel-Lindau disease frequently occurs in multiple regions such as cerebellum,
spinal cord, and medulla oblongata. Also it is frequently presented with renal cell
carcinoma, pheochromocytoma, cyst in pancreas, kidney and liver, an epididymal
cystadenoma. The age of onset of von Hippel Lindau disease in the second generation
was younger than that of the first generation in this family.
