Abstract
결론
소뇌교각부의 수모세포종 발생은 매우 드물지만 그 발생이 보고되고있어, 향후 청신경초
종과의 감별에 있어 그 가능성도 염두에 두어야 할 것으로 사료된다. 저자들은 30세 성인
남자에서 발생한 소뇌교각부 수모세포종 1례를 경험하였기에 문헌 고찰을 통해 소뇌교각부
수모세포종의 발생기전, 임상양상 및 청신경초종과의 감별점 등에 대해 보고하는 바이다.

The occurrence of cerebellopontine angle(CPA) medulloblastoma is a rare phenomenon.
This article describe the case of a 30-year-old man who presented with headache,
nystagmus and cerebellar dysfunction of one month's duration. The tumor arose from
the left flocculus or adjacent cerebellar hemishere and projected into the cerebellopontine
angle. We review the literature and discuss the clinical characteristics and pathogenesis
of CPA medulloblastoma.
