Abstract
결 론
백서에 대한 실험적 중등도 미만성 뇌손상 모델에 대하여 고용량의 methylprednisolone를
투여하여 뇌부종과 용량에 따른 효과를 수분함량을 통하여 연구하였다. 본 연구에서
methylprednisolone을 15㎎/㎏, 30㎎/㎏, 40㎎/㎏를 투여했을 때는 뇌부종을 억제하는 효과가
통계학적 유의성을 보였지만 60mg/kg을 투여한 경우는 통계학적 유의성을 보이지 않았다.
이는 methylprednisolone의 이상작용(biphasic action)에 의한 결과로 생각되며, 더 긴 추적
검사 기간을 가지고 실제 효과를 검증하는 연구가 필요하다고 사료된다.

The present study was undertaken the ability of a single large intraperitioneal dose of
methylprednisolone(15, 30, 40, 60 ㎎/㎏) to modify the evolution of diffuse brain
injury(DBI) in rats undergoing a contusion injury of 400gm-1m. Twenty five
Spragus-Dawlsy rats wars divided to five groups. Group 1 was not and the water
content of the wools brain wens measured.
When the water content was assamed as the criterion ol brain edema, there was
significant diffrence bstween its effact is biphasic in that the 6㎎/㎏ msthylprednisolone
dose is ineffsctive..
