Paragangliomas of the orbit are extremely rare. A case of 43-year-old woman who
presented with left exophthalmus of 1 month duration is described. The patient
underwent surgery with gross total removal of the tumor and relief of her initial chief
complaint of exophthalmus. We review the literature and discuss the clinical features
and the pathologenesis of orbital paraganglioma
