Abstract
서 론
기형종이 척수내에 발생하는 경우는 매우 드물며 이 종양의 기원도 아직 확실히 밝혀져
있지 않다. 이에 본 교실에서는 척수원추부위의 척수내에서 발생하여 하방으로의 외장성 성
장을 보인 기항종 1례를 수술 치험하였기에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하고자 한다.

Spinal intramedullary treatoma is a rare tomor. A case of intramedullary treatoma of
the conus medullaris with caudal development is presented. The patient underwent
magnetic resonance and than the tumor was removed surgically. It was reported with
the review of literatures.
