Abstract
결론
척추 신경섬유종의 약 15% 정도에서 다발성으로 발생되며 대개 제 1형 신경섬유종증에서
발생되나 대부분 마미총에서 발생되며 흉추에서의 발생은 드문 것으로 알려져 있다.
본 교실에서는 제 1형 신경섬유종증(von Recklinghausen씨병) 환자에서 양측성으로 흉추
에 발생한 신경섬유종을 양측 개흉술을 시행하여 종양을 모두 제거하여 좋은 결과를 얻었기
에 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

Type 1 Neurofibromatosis(von Recklinghausen's disease), characterized by cafe-au-lait
spot and multiple skin nodules, may involve any part of the body. The incidence of
multiple spinal neurofibromas is about 15％ of all spinal neurofibromas and the majority
of them are located in cauda equina. However, thoracic spine is uncommon site of
multiple spinal neurofibromas in type 1 neurofibromatosis.
The authors describe a case of bilateral large neurofibromas of the thoracic spine
associated with type 1 neurofibromatosis in a 27-year-old man.
