결론
저자들은 10년전 소뇌 종양 진단하에 1차 개두술을 시행 받고, 보행장애 및 운동실조 증
상으로 내원하여, 소뇌 양성 종양인 모낭 성상세포종으로 생각되어 수술을 시행하였던 바
뇌간에서 발생된 비정형성 신경초종으로 확인되어 문헌고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

Intracranial schwannoma constitutes 8-10％ of all primary intracranial tumors. The
majority of them derive from cranial nerves, especially from the vestibulocochlear nerve.
Intraparenchymatous schwannoma of the central nervous system, on the other hand, is
very rare. We report a rare case of brainstem schwannoma with the review of
literatures.
