Abstract
서론
뇌낭미충증은 실질내형 뇌실내형, 거미막하형 그리고 혼합형으로 분류될 수 있으며 다양
한 임상 증상을 나타내는 질환으로, 우리나라에서는 비교적 유병율이 타지역에 비해서 높다.
그러나 이 질환의 각 분류에 따른 병태를 야기하는 낭미충증의 토달 경유로에 대하여는 확
고한 병리 기전이 아직까지 밝혀진 바 없다. 뇌낭미충증의 임상적 합병증으로는 간질, 수두
증 뇌부종으로 인한 뇌압상승 징후 등이 있으며 이중 수두증은 수술적 치료를 요하는 가장
흔히 동반되는 합병증이다. 이는 육아 상의염 , 뇌저 뇌수막염, 혹은 뇌실내 뇌낭미충 낭종
에 의한 뇌척수액 경로의 폐색에 의해 나타나는 것으로 알려져 있다. 뇌실내에 발생하는 뇌
낭미충증에서 뇌낭미충 낭종의 뇌실 간의 이주는 보고례가 극히 드문 희귀한 경우로 저자들
은 실비우스 수도를 통한 뇌낭미충증의 뇌실간 이주를 2례를 치험하였고 이는 거미막하형이
발생하는 병태 생리에 관한 실마리를 제공하여 주는 귀중한 임상례로 본 저자들은 생각한다.

The authors report two cartes of radiologically documented transaqueductal migration
of intraventricular neurocysticerus cysts. The patients had suffered from symptomatic
hydrocephalus caused by neurocysticercosis. The migration of the cysts from third to
forth ventricle and cisterna magna were clearly demonstrated on serial radiological
studies. Since the exact routs of the subarachnoid type of the neurocysticercosis has not
been defined these cases may provide a valuable clue in verifying the pathogenic
pathway. The possibility of talc cyst migration before surgery also should be kept in
mind. The radiological appearance and the clinical significance of this condition are
discussed with brief review of literatures.
