Abstract
서론
모세혈관성 혈관종(capillary hemangioma)이 두개강내에서 생기는 경우는 매우 드물다.
검색 가능한 문헌상 두개강내의 모세혈관종은 뇌수막에 발생한 모세혈관성 혈관종 1례가 보
고되었으나, 그외에는 아직 보고된 바가 없다. 저자들은 수술전 해면정맥동의 수막종이 의심
되었으나 병리조직학적 소견상에서 모세혈관성 혈관종이 대부분을 구성하는 모세혈관성 해
면상 혼합 혈관종(mixed capillary & cavernous hemangioma) 1례를 경험하여 문헌고찰과
함께 보고하는 바이다.
This is a report of a rare case ol mixed capillary and cavernous hemangioma in the
cavernous sinus. The patient was a 31-year-old male who presented with right
peripheral type facial weakness and left hemiparesis.
The tumor located along the dural surface and it was hyperdense and homogenously
enhanced mass on the Brain CT. Clinical impression was meningioma. Because the
tumor was too large to dissect in on bloc, it was partly removed in piecemeal pattern at
first operation. Retraining tumor was removed by circumferential dissection technique at
second operation. Histological diagnosis was mixed capillary and cavernous hemangioma.
