Abstract
목적 : Ahmed valve implantation후 발생한 관미란을 양막 이식술로 치료한 2예를 보고하고자 한다.
대상과 방법 : Ahmed valve implantation을 시행한 녹내장환자 2례에서 발생한 관미란을 심낭막편과 유리결막 이식술을 시행하고 추가로 양막이식술을 상피방향을 위쪽으로 향하도록 유지하고 있다.
결과 : 술후 12-14개월째까지 미란의 재발은 없었으며 안압도 안정상태를 유지하고 있다.
결론 : 관미란의 경우 양막이식술을 추가로 시행함으로써 성공적인 치료결과를 얻을 수 있었다.
Purpose: We report two cases of tube erosion after Ahmed valve implantation, treated with Amniotic Membrane Transplantation.
Methods: Erosion of conjunctiva over tube occurred in 2 female patients with Ahmed valve implantation. They were treated with pericardial patch grafts and conjunctival free graft with amniotic membrane epithelial side up transplantation.
Results: No recurrent tube erosion has been found since then. Intraocular pressure has been maintained well for 12-14 months of follow-up.
Conclusions: In cases of tube erosion, additional amniotic membrane transplantation can improve surgical success.
