Abstract


In cancer animal turn over rate of insulin is increased, and it could be explained not only by acceleration in demands or degradations of insulin in cancer tissue itself, but also by acceleration of insulin degradation in kidney, liver and adipose tissue, which have insulinase system, with a stimulation of a certain factor from cancer tissue.
