Abstract
In view of the striking chromosomal abnormalities found in the cells of human carcinoma, the importance of karyological data of human tumors has increasingly aroused the interest of medical investigators.
In the present study, the first in Korea, the authors have investigated the variation in chromosome counts in uterine carcinoma of Korean women. Special regard was directed to the stemline chromosome number in relation to the histopathological feature of the tumor.
