Abstract
Primary germ cell tumor associated with Klinefilter's syndrome is a rare disorder. Most patients had non-seminomatous germ cell subtypes and were relatively young. This is a report of mixed-nonseminomatous germ cell tumor in the mediastinum found
in a
19 year old male patient witn Klinefelter's syndrome. The patients was asymptomatic and mediastinal mass was detected by routing chest X-ray. The patient showed typical clinical and laboratory features of Klinefelter's syndrome with karyotype of

XXY.
The patient received mediastinal mass excision followed by postoperative adjuvant chmotheraphy with cisplatin, etoposide and bleomycin.
