Abstract
만성 경막하 출혈은 비교적 흔한 질환으로서 대부분이 외상, 혈관 질환 또는 혈액 응고
이상등에 의해 초래되며, 뇌경막의 전이성 악성 종양에 의해 발생되는 예는 극히 드물다.
저자들은 브라질 상파울구에서 진행성 위암으로 근치적 아전위 절제술을 시행한 후 6년
뒤 뇌경막으로의 전이에 의해 만성 경막하 출혈이 초래된 환자를 경험하여 흥미있는 소
견을 얻었기에 문헌 고찰과 함께 보고하는 바이다.

Chronic subdural hematoma (CSH) is very common and often related to head trauma
in the elderly, alcoholics, epileptics and children. The non-traumatic CSH can be
observed in patients with vascular diseases, coagulation disturbances, meningitis and
ventricular derivation to peritoneum or atrium. Its association with metastasis to dura is
rare, mostly from gastric carcinoma, which justifies the report of this case.
