Abstract
서론
악성중피종은 중피세포로 둘러싸인 장액강인 흉막, 심막, 복막, 고환 초막등에 발생하는
드문 종양이며 치료하지 않는 경우 그 굉균 생존률이 4∼12개월로 예후가 불량한 악성종양
이다.
그 진단은 대체로 수술 후 또는 부검등에 의해 이루어지며, 최근 컴퓨터 단층 촬영술
(computed tomography), 자기 공명 영상(magnetic resonance imaging), 초음파 검사, 혈관
조영 촬영, 세침 흡입 조직 검사등에 의해 수술전에 진단되었다는 보고도 있다.
저자들은 개인 산부인과에서 자궁 근종 의증하에 복식 부분 전자궁 적출술 및 우측 난소
난관 절제술을 시행 받은 환자의 조직 검사 결과 악성 중피종으로 진단 받고 한양대학병원
산부인과로 전원되어 5차 adriamycin, ifosfamide 항암화학 요법 후 이차 추시 개복술을 실
시하여 확진된 자궁의 악성중피종 1예의 악성중피종 1예를 경험하여 간단한 문헌 고찰과 함
께 보고하는 바이다.

Malignant mesothelioma of the serosal surface of the uterus body is very rare and
almost invariably malignant. Their diagnosis is made postoperatively in most instances.
Various treatments have been described for malignant mesothelioma but effective method
is still not known.
A case of malignant mesothelioma of the uterus body with post-surgical pelvic
persistence is presented. The diagnosis of carcinomatous mesothelioma was made
postoperatively by pathologic examination and immunohistochemical reaction of the
tumor cells.
