Abstract
췌장의 소낭선종은 췌장에 생기는 낭성 종양중 비교적 흔하지 않은 종양으로서, 대개 수
mm에서 2cm까지 다양한 크기의 낭들이 모여 종괴를 형성하는 양성 종양이다.
최근에 소낭선종이 악성 잠재력을 가진 다른 췌장종양과 동반된 경우가 보고되어 있고, 특
히 von Hippie-Lindau 병에서 소낭선종이 도세포종과 함께 발견된 경우가 있다.
저자들은 병리조직학적으로 도세포종을 동반한 췌장의 소낭선종으로 확진된 예를 경험하였
기에 문헌고찰과 이를 보고하고자한다. 나선식 CT에서 도세포종은 췌장 두부에 불규칙하게
조영증강이 아주 잘되는 고형 종괴로 보이고, 소낭선종은 췌장 전반에 걸쳐 다양한 크기의
낭들로 구성되어 있으며 일부에서는 이 낭들이 모여 하나의 종괴를 이루고 있었다.

Among cystic tumors arising in the pancreas, microcystic adenoma is relatively
uncommon, it is usually benign, and is comprised of cysts that vary in size from
microscopic to 2 cm in diameter.
It has recently been reported to be associated with other pancreatic tumors with
malignant pctential ; in particular, microcystic adenoma with coexistent islet cell tumor
has been reported in von Hippel-Lindau disease.
We report a case of microcystic adenoma of the pancreas associated with coexistent
surgically-proven islet cell tumor. On spiral CT, the islet cell tumor was seen as a
higly enhanced inhomogeneous solid mass in the pancreatic head, and microcystic
adenoma as numerous small cysts throughout the pancreas.
