Abstract
유두상 방광염은 주로 도관유치와 같은 만성적 손상과 연관되어 점막고유층에 부종과 염
증이 생겨 점막이 융기되는 병변으로 방광내에 발생하는 유두상 이행세포암과 유사한 소견
을 보이는 특이한 형태의 방광염이다.
저자들은 도관유치의 기왕력이 없는 39세 여자에게서 발생한 유두상 방광염 1예를 병리조
직학적으로 확진하였기에 이에 대한 영상진단 소견을 보고하고자 한다. 초음파상 혼합에 코
의 고형성 종괴였고, CT상 경계가 불분명한 중심부 괴사를 동반한 연부 조직음영의 종괴로
조영증강이 잘되었고 MRI 소견은 T2 강조영상에서 내부에 부분적인 고신호강도를 함유하
는 중등도신호강도를 보이고 조영증강이 잘 되었다.

Polypoid cystitis is a rare entity and, to our knowledge, has not been described in the
radiologic literature. It is frequently found in patients with indqelling catheters and is
characterized by inflammation and edema of the lamina propria.
We encountered a case of papillary cystitis which on a sonosram showed a solid mass
with inhomogeneous internal echopattern: on CT, a poorly-defined inhomogeneous, dense,
soft-tissue density mass with enhancement and perivesical exrivesical extension: and on
