Abstract
일측성 폐 발육부전 (Unilateral pulmonary agenesis)은 드문 선천성 기형으로 다른 선천성
기형과 동반되는 경우가 많다. 저자들은 신생아에서 좌폐 발육부전과 동반된 선천성 기관
협착의 1예를 경험하였다. 단순 흉부 촬영에서 좌측 폐의 발육부전으로 심장이 좌측 흉곽으
로 이동되었으며 반대쪽 폐는 과도통기가 되었다. 흉부 CT에서 좌측 폐의 발육부전과 기관
의 협착이 보였고 surface shaded rendering technique을 이용한 3차원 재구성 영상에서도
폐기관지계의 병변이 입체적으로 잘 보였는데 기관지 조영술로 좌측 기관지의 발육부전과
기관 협착을 확인할 수 있었다.

Unilateral pulmonary agenesis is a rare congenital anomaly and is frequently associated
with other cingenital anomalies. We report a case of left pulmonary agenesis associated
with congenital tracheal stenosis in a newborn infant. Simple chest radiographs showed
an overinflated right lung and mediastinal shifting to the left side. Chest CT and
reconstructed three-diminsional images showed left pilmonary agenesis and tracheal
stenonsis. These anomalies of the tracheobronchial system were confirmed by
bronchography(J Korean Rsdiol Soc 1998: 38:371-373)
